Absence makes the heart grow fonder...

Have you ever been lost in a supermarket? You started crying cause you couldn't find your mom? When you saw her you cried even more cause she picked you up and held you close to her. You hung on to her tightly cause in your heart you're crying "Don't ever let me go mom... why did you go away?"

That is how we feel when God hides from us at times, to make us walk on our own with the feet He has given us. But His eyes never leave us, He watches us from a distance. When He steps out again and shine His warmth, we run towards Him and cry, "Daddy... why did you leave? Why did you go away?". And all that matters is we're safe in His arms again.
