MyKad...
According to a news article published on StarOnline, there has been 2 million cases of lost MyKads since 2001.
That got me thinking. 2 million MyKads. If you laid them down flat on the ground.. next to each other. And say every MyKad is 2 x 3 inches in size. The total area covered by the lost cards would be 2 x 3 x 2,000,000 square inches = 12 million square inches. Which is equivalent to 304800.60960121924 square metres. Which translates to 304 square kilometres of MyKad.
Provided my math and calculations aren't wrong :
How in the world did we lose sight of 304 square kilometres of plastic cards???
