Be a man...
There will always be times in man's life where he has to keep telling himself to keep going and to be a man. It's not about proving to people that he can do it - that he's not a loser. It's not about showing others he can be tough and has what it takes to take on the world.
It's about being who God created him to be, to live out the masculinity that God has placed in him. It's not about whether others think you are a man or not, cos the battle takes place when you're alone by yourself, when no one's watching. The times when you're on your knees, debating whether to get up and face the challenges set before you. It is something women will never be able to understand cos the phrase might be simple - BE A MAN... but they do not have it in them to picture and grasp what it means to be a man validated by God. It is the same the other way round, men will never be able to understand what it means to be a woman, to be able to reach into their hearts and understand the feminity that God has placed in them.
Guys, life will never be easy. Girls will never be able to apprehend the need in us to perform, to protect, to serve, to be strong, to fall 7 times and get up 7, to win by losing, to put down our pride, to provide, to give, to exhaust our energy, to give up our lives for them. And you need to discover this need that God has placed inside of you, and to be the best man you can ever be for God... even if it means that nobody sees the refining work God is currently doing deep inside your heart and spirit. Let the main passion and drive of your life to be the man that God meant you to be, to be like Jesus.
To succeed, we gotta push each other on in life and realise all of us need guys around to encourage each other, to say "Hey.. it's ok.. I have the same struggle too, but let's kick some devil butt, leave him no room, create a space for God in the center of it all and lead lives worthy of our calling as men of God".
